2 Lb Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes (cube) 1/2 Stick Butter 1 Pint Sour Cream 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup 1/2C Onion 1-2 C Grated Cheddar Cheese Topping: 2C Potato Chips 1/2 Stick Butter Place potatoes (cube style) in bottom of 9x13 baking pan. Mix sour cream, soup, onion and cheese together and pour on top of potatoes. Crumble potato chips and mix with melted butter. Press onto top of the mixture in pan. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
