APRICOT WALNUT BREAD

2C Bisquick Mix
1C Quick Rolled Oats
3/4C Sugar
1t Baking Powder
1/2C Dried Apricots (snipped)
1C Nuts (coarsely chopped)
1 Egg (well beaten)
1 1/4C Milk

Stir together Bisquick, oats, sugar, baking powder. Mix in apricots
and walnuts. Combine egg and milk; add to dry ingredients and beat
hard for 30 seconds. Pour into 3 greased cans. (#2 or 303) Bake
at 350 degrees for 45 minutes till done or bake in a 9x5x3 loaf pan for
1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes then remove from pan and cool on rack.
