1 Pre Baked Crust 1C Crushed Pineapple 1/2t Salt 2T Corn Starch (dissolved in water) 1C Cold Water 1/2C Sugar 3 Egg Whites (set aside for later) Cook all ingredients until thick over Med heat. Set aside to cool. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff. Fold in cooled mixture. Pour into baked pie shell. Serve with whipped cream and nuts if desired.
