2 Pkg Unflavored Gelatin
1 Can Crushed Pineapple
1C Boiling Water
2 Angle Food Cakes
4 Pkg Dream Whip
1 Jar Maraschino Cherries
Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Mix pineapple and sugar in large
bowl. Add gelatin and hot water; mix well. Whip 2 packages Dream
Whip. Fold into mixture. Let set in refrigerator until firm (about
1 hour). Slice cake, place in 9x13 pan 1 layer of cake then place
enough mixture to cover. Repeat with cake layers and mixture with
top cake layer. Chill. Whip remaining packages of Dream Whip and
top the cake. Sprinkle with coconut and add cherries on top. (Nuts
can be added if desired). Let set before serving.
