2 6 oz Pkg Butterscotch Chips 1 Lg Can Chow Mein Noodles 1/2C Peanut Butter 2C Miniature Marshmallows Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a double boiler over hot water. Put your chow mein noodles and marshmallows in a large bowl. Pour melted mixture over noodles and marshmallows. Stir until coated. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Yields about 2 dozen.
