2 Sticks Margarine 2C Flour 12-Oz Cottage Cheese Mix and chill overnight. Next day, divide into three balls. Roll out like pie dough. Cut each into 12 pie shaped pieces. Roll from wide end to point. Put on un-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Ice with powdered sugar icing. Makes 36 cookies. To make powdered sugar icing, just mix water or milk to powdered sugar, using just enough to make it "watery" enough to brush or pour over cookies, but not "watery" enough to soak into cookies.
