EASIER THAN APPLE PIE

1 Refrigerated Pie Crust
3/4 C Sugar
2T Cornstarch
1T Cinnamon
4C Apples (peeled, thinly sliced)
1 Egg White (lightly beaten)
1t Sugar (for glaze)

Prepare pie crust as directed on package. Place on foil lined
baking sheet. Mix 3/4C sugar, cornstarch & cinnamon. toss in
apples. Spoon into center of crust, spreading within 2 inches of
edges. Fold 2-inch edge over apples, pleating crust as needed.
Brush crust with egg whites and sprinkle with 1t sugar. Bake in
preheated over 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until apples are tender.
Cool before serving.
