Instant Chocolate Pudding Crush cookies (reserve 1/4 cup for topping); melt margarine and mix with cookies. Press into 9x13 pan, let set until firm. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Mix pudding according to package directions, spread on cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
