2C Water
1 1/2C Sugar
2t Cream of Tartar
20 Ritz Crackers
1 Pie Crust

Add water, sugar and cream of tartar in pan and boil for 2 minutes.
Add crackers and boil 1 minute more. Set aside. Dot pie crust with
butter and pour in mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon and bake for 20-40
minutes at 425 degrees.
