1 3/4C Graham Crackers (crushed)
1/2C Margarine (melted)
8-Oz Cream Cheese
1 1/2C Sugar
1 Envelope Knox Gelatin
1 Container of Cool Whip
Mix graham crackers, 1/3C Sugar and Margarine together. Press into a
long pan or dish.
Cream 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, cream cheese together and pour over
crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.
Mix together pumpkin, 3 egg YOLKS, 1/2 cup sugar milk, salt and
cinnamon. Cook for 5 minutes. Cool. Soften over hot water
gelatin and 1/4 cup water. Add gelatin mix to pumpkin mix. Beat 5
egg whites till stiff add 1/4 cup sugar and fold into pumpkin mix.
Pour over crust with cream cheese layer. Cover with cool whip and
