PUMPKIN POUND CAKE

2 1/2C Sugar
1C Oil
3 Eggs
3C Flour
2t Baking Soda
1t Cinnamon
1t Ground Nutmeg
1/2t Salt
1/4t Ground Cloves
1 Can (15 Oz) Solid Pack Pumpkin
Powdered Sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, blend sugar, oil and add
eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Combine flour,
soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and cloves. Add to egg mixture
alternately with pumpkin. Transfer to a greased 12 cup fluted tube
pan. Bake 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the
center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto
a plate. Dust with powdered sugar. Instead of using oil to grease
pan use a non-stick spray and dust with a little flour.
