5 Eggs
2 Sticks Oleo
1 Oz Vanilla (small bottle)
1 Oz Lemon Extract (small bottle)
1 Lb Candied Pineapple
3/4 Lb Candied Cherries (halved)
1C Sugar
2C Flour
1t Baking Powder
4C Nuts

Cream butter sugar and add eggs 1 at a time. Add vanilla and lemon.
Coat fruit and nuts with flour and baking powder until mixed. Add
to butter mixture. Put in a well floured and greased tube pan or
place wax paper on bottom. Bake 350 degrees until brown about 1 hour 15
