2C Sugar
2C Flour
1/2C Milk
2T Vinegar
1t Soda
2 Sticks Butter
4T Cocoa
1C Water

1 Stick Butter
4T Cocoa
6T Milk
1 Lb Powdered Sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degreesF. Grease and flour a 13x9x2-inch baking

Sift together the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda and
cinnamon, and set aside. Stir together the remaining ingredients.
(You can cook butter, cocoa and water over low heat to melt and
cool to room temperature) Mix the wet ingredients with the dry
ingredients, stirring until you have a smooth, rather thin batter.
Pour into your prepared pan, and bake at 400 degreesF for 20-25 minutes,
or until a toothpick comes out clean.

While the cake is baking, prepare the frosting. Pour frosting
onto hot cake.
