1/2C Mayo (real or fat free) 1/2C Sour Cream 1 Can (14 Oz) Artichoke Hearts (drained) 1/3C Parmesan Cheese (grated) 1/8t Hot Pepper Sauce Chop artichoke hearts and still all ingredients until well mixed. Spoon into small ovenproof dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 2 cups.
