6T Butter 1t Seasoned Salt 1 1/2t Soy Sauce 1/4t Onion or Garlic Powder 2C Corn Chex 2C Rice Chex 2C Wheat Chex 1C Nuts (or broken pretzel sticks) Melt butter in electric skillet at 200 degrees. Stir in seasonings, Blend well. Add Chex and nuts. Mix until all pieces are coated. Cover skillet, leaving lid vents open. Heat at 250 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir midway. Cool on absorbent paper. NOTE: A large skillet on the range top may be used. After pieces are coated with butter and seasoning, heat and stir for 10 minutes over low heat. Cool. Makes 7 cups.
