1/4C Butter 1 Pkg Marshmallows (about 40 or 4C minis) 6C Rice Krispies Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Add Rice Krispies and stir until well coated. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, spread mixture evenly into a buttered 13x9x2 pan. Cut into squares when cool. Makes 24 squares. NOTE: Use fresh marshmallows for best results. Variation: Add 1 C raisins or 1C peanuts, or stir 1/4 cup peanut butter into marshmallow mixture just before adding rice krispies.
