1/4 c. Crisco 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 c. Jiffy baking mix 1 c. mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3 medium bananas) 1/3 c. chopped nuts (optional) Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 5 loaf pan. Cream Crisco and sugar. Combine remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Pour into pan. Bake 55 minutes. Cool on rack before slicing. Makes 1 loaf. Preparation time is 10 minutes.
