PINEAPPLE ZUCCHINI BREAD

3 large eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. golden raisins
3/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 tsp. allspice

Beat eggs until foamy. Add oil and sugar and beat well. Stir
in vanilla and zucchini. Sift together flour, salt, baking soda,
baking powder and spices. Add to zucchini mixture. Mix well. Stir
in raisins and nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans, 9
x 5 x 3-inch. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
