1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 c. mashed banana (about 2 bananas, medium)
1/4 c. applesauce
3/4 c. fat-free milk
2 egg whites
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 (6 oz.) pkg. craisins (sweetened dried cranberries)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat nonstick loaf pan with vegetable
In medium bowl, combine sugar and butter until completely
blended. Add bananas, applesauce, milk and egg whites. Mix well.
Add flour and baking powder. Mix until just moist. Stir in
cranberries and nuts. Spread evenly into loaf pan. Bake 60 to 65
minutes or until toothpick is inserted in to center comes out
clean. Remove from pan and cool completely. Makes 16 slices.
