2 c. self-rising flour 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. butter or margarine, melted 1 c. apple butter 2 Tbsp. milk 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. golden raisins Combine flour, cinnamon and sugar. Set aside. Combine eggs, butter, apple butter and milk. Beat well. Stir in pecans and raisins. Add flour mixture, stirring just until all ingredients are well moistened. Spoon batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
