2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
1 large egg, separated
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Unroll 1 package of
crescent rolls and press into the baking dish. Beat egg yolk,
cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla together. Spread over
crescent roll dough. Unroll other crescent rolls and put on top of
cream cheese mixture. Whisk egg white and brush over dough.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar. Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
