2 sticks margarine
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk plus 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar, mixed
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

In a saucepan, heat margarine, cocoa and water until blended
and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients. Add the chocolate sauce
and continue to mix until well blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25

I use can 18-inch sheet cake pan, greased and floured.

box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. milk
nuts (optional)

Heat in saucepan and pour over cake immediately after taking
from the oven.
