3 egg whites (room temperature)
1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small bag chocolate chips
Beat egg whites, adding 1 tablespoon sugar at a time. Add
salt and beat in vanilla. Add chocolate chips. Spoon on ungreased
cookie sheet. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour.
