1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. lemon cake mix with pudding 1 egg 2 1/4 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed confectioners sugar In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg and whipped topping. Beat at medium speed until blended. Batter will be very sticky. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls into confectioners sugar. Roll lightly to coat. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
