1 c. margarine, softened 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1 Tbsp. water 2 c. pecans, finely ground Cream butter and sugar until light. Add vanilla. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill until firm. Make balls 3/4-inch. Place pecan half on top of ball. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar.
