1/2 (20 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (12 oz.) container soft cream cheese
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 can Thank You pie filling (strawberry) or your choice of fruit
Pat dough in 10-inch circle on greased cookie sheet. Bake at
350 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes. Cool.
Stir powdered sugar into cream cheese and spread over cookie.
Spoon pie filling over the cream cheese. Cut in wedges.
Prep Time: 5 minutes.
