1/4 c. powdered milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/4 brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. flaked coconut
Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Sift together flour, powdered milk, baking powder and salt.
Gradually mix into creamed mixture. Fold in pecans and coconut.
Drop from a teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for
12 minutes. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
