Cookie: 1/2 c. margarine 1 c. sugar 1 medium egg or 2 small yolks 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. vanilla Glaze: 3/4 c. powdered sugar 3 to 4 tsp. water food coloring (as desired) Cream together margarine and sugar. Blend in egg. Combine flour, salt and baking powder and add to mixture. Blend vanilla into mixture. Roll and cut out your favorite designs. Bake on lightly greased baking sheet.
