2 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. snipped dates 1 c. flaked coconut 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. almond extract sugar (for rolling) Beat eggs well. Add sugar gradually. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into well-greased 2-quart casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and while hot, stir with wooden spoon. Cool and then form into 1 1/2-inch balls. Roll in sugar. For holidays, I mix red, green and white granulated sugar. Spread on wax paper to roll.
