3 stacks Ritz crackers
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped pecans
Boil Eagle Brand milk and chopped dates until thick. Stir
constantly. Add pecans. Mix with milk and dates mixture. Spread on
Ritz crackers. Bake 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
8 oz. cream cheese, melted
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix well. Spread over cooled crackers. Yummy!
