STREUSEL APPLE PIE

5 c. apples, sliced
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Topping:
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Combine sour cream, flour, sugar, spice and salt. Add to
apples and toss to coat. Arrange apples in prepared 9-inch pie
shell.

Topping: Blend together flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in
butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts and
sprinkle over top of pie filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or
until delicately browned.
