NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST

1 c. shortening
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vinegar
milk

Mix flour, salt and shortening in a large bowl. Beat egg and
vinegar in measuring cup. Add enough milk to make 4 ounces of
liquid. Mix well with flour, salt and shortening mixture. Work
well into a large smooth ball.

This crust is very flaky and it is hard to make a design
around the edge. The taste is great.
