Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough Second Layer: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened (do not use fat-free cream cheese) 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla Top Layer: fruit (your choice) Spread cookie dough evenly on ungreased 9 x 13 cookie sheet and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown at temperature on package. Second Layer: Mix by hand softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together and spread on cooled cookie. Top Layer: Leave cookie on baking pan. Cut into 2-inch squares. Top each square with fruit (suggested fruits: strawberries, kiwi, green grapes, red grapes and mandarin oranges).
