40 saltine crackers 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. butter 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 c. or more to taste pecans, walnuts or other nuts Grease an 11 x 15 x 1-inch jellyroll pan. Place saltines on pan and fill any empty areas with broken crackers. Melt butter and sugar until fluffy. Pour over saltines and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and place chocolate chips and nuts over the crackers and gently press into them with the back of a fork. Cut (or break) into pieces. Refrigerate.
