2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple in its own juice 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts Icing: 3 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. margarine, softened 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar and eggs and mix well. Add pineapple, flour, baking soda, vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Icing: Combine cream cheese, margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat with hand mixer and spread on cooled cake.
