1 Duncan Hines butter cake mix 1/2 c. oil 4 eggs 11 oz. mandarin oranges plus juice Icing: 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained) 1 box instant vanilla pudding 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased and floured cookie sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean. Frost with icing and refrigerate until ready to serve.
