2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
18 Nilla wafer cookies
1 can cherry pie filling
Combine and beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and
vanilla extract. Place paper cupcake liners into muffin pans. Add
1 cookie to each liner. Fill 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until set. Cool. Top with cherries.
