1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 slices bread, cubed
1/4 c. butter
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Melt butter and toss with
bread cubes. Spread pineapple mixture into a greased baking dish
and spread buttered bread cubes on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45
