2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. baking soda 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice 1/2 c. chopped nuts (your choice) 2 tsp. vanilla Stir all together by hand (DO NOT USE MIXER). Pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Frosting: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional) Beat all ingredients together and spread on cooled cake.
