1/2 c. butter or margarine 2 c. sugar 3 eggs 3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted 2 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. grated orange peel 1/2 c. milk 2 c. grated zucchini 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. ground cinnamon chocolate frosting Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 10-inch tube or Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside. In a large bowl, with electric mixer at high, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in chocolate, vanilla, orange peel and milk. Fold in zucchini. In medium bowl, combine next 5 ingredients. Add to zucchini mixture. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake about 1 hour until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
