Crust: 2 1/2 c. crushed chocolate cookies 1/4 c. melted margarine Press into bottom of spring-form pan. Filling: 2 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla Mix well, then add 3 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Pour over crust. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees, then turn back oven to 300 degrees and bake 35 to 40 minutes longer. Topping: Either melt caramels with a little milk (in microwave) or use caramel ice cream topping. Drizzle with melted chocolate (I melt chocolate chips with some milk). Add pecans. Can chop pecans and put around edge or use whole pecans around the outside edge.
