POPPY SEED CAKE

1 pkg. yellow cake mix (plain)
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sherry

Mix together. Pour into generously greased Bundt pan. Bake at
325 degrees or 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan 20 to 30 minutes.
Invert pan to remove cake. Dust with powdered sugar if you like.
This cake will freeze well.
