1 box white cake mix plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour 1 box strawberry jello 1/4 c. water 4 eggs 1 c. frozen strawberries, thawed 1 c. chopped nuts (optional) Beat first 4 ingredients until well mixed. Add strawberries and nuts. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Cool slightly. Icing: 1 stick margarine (not corn oil margarine) 1/2 box confectioners sugar 1 c. strawberries, thawed Mix well. Pour over cake. Cool. (Can be frozen.) If using a Bundt pan, use 1 tablespoon margarine, 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup strawberry juice.
