CREAM PUFFS


Puff Basic Dough:
1 c. water
1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
4 large eggs

Filling:
2 pkg. (3 oz.) pudding or 1 can Thank You vanilla pudding
3 c. cold milk

Glaze:
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. butter or margarine
2 c. confectioners sugar
4 Tbsp. hot water

Heat water and margarine to rolling boil. Stir in flour all
at once with a wooden spoon. Stir over low heat until mixture
forms a ball and leaves the side of the pan (about 1 minute).
Remove from heat and beat in eggs one at a time using an electric
mixer. Beat constantly until glossy and smooth. Drop by tablespoon
on ungreased sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool away
from draft.

Filling: Mix pudding according to package directions. Fill
shells and glaze if desired.
