1 c. heavy whipping cream, divided 1 tsp. powdered sugar 3 oz. chocolate chips (semi-sweet) 3 c. strong, freshly brewed hot coffee 1/4 c. Irish cream Place 2/3 cup cream and sugar in bowl. Beat with electric mixer on high until soft peaks form. Cover and refrigerate while making the rest. Place remaining 1/3 cup cream in heavy small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Add chocolate. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until chocolate is melted. Stir until smooth. Add hot coffee to chocolate mixture. Heat on low just until bubbles form around edge of pan and coffee is heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in Irish cream. Pour into 4 mugs. Top with whipped cream.
