PEACH DAIQUIRIS

1/2 (6 oz.) can or 1/3 c. frozen limeade or lemonade concentrate
3 medium ripe peaches (1 1/2 c.), peeled, pitted and cut up or 1
1/2 c. frozen unsweetened peach slices
2/3 c. rum
2 1/2 to 3 c. ice cubes
1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted (if desired)

In a blender container, combine limeade or lemonade
concentrate, rum and peaches (add powdered sugar if desired).
Cover and blend until smooth. With blender running, add ice cubes,
one at a time, through opening in lid. Blend until slushy. Makes 8
(4 ounce) servings.
