1 1/2 gal. juice (red, white or purple grape or any combination of the three juices) 1 pkg. wine yeast 1 to 2 oz. acid blend 5 to 10 lb. sugar Put juice in jug. Mix acid blend and yeast in one cup of barely warm water (about body temperature). Add to juice. Put 1/2 the sugar in about 1 quart warm water and stir until dissolved. Add to juice. Put on airlock and cover with a towel. One Week Later: add 1/3 more sugar (dissolved). One Week Later: Add rest of the sugar (dissolved). Fill jug with water. Rack in 2 months.
