1 qt. pineapple
1 qt. apple cider
1 (12 oz.) apricot nectar
1 c. orange juice
2 (3-inch) sticks cinnamon
2 tsp. whole cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Strain and
discard all spices. Serve hot. Yield: 2 1/2 quarts.
