1/4 tsp. salt 4 eggs 2 1/2 c. sugar 4 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 qt. half and half 4 c. milk Combine salt, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer until fluffy. Add whipping cream, half and half and milk to the egg mixture and stir. Place in ice cream freezer and freeze. Makes 1 gallon.
