1/2 c. applesauce*
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/6 c. sugar
1/4 c. Egg Beaters (equivalent of 1 egg)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1.25 c. oats
5 oz. Hershey's cinnamon chips (half 10 oz. bag)
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. raisins

*Using 1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter like the original recipe
calls for will add 1 point per cookie. The cookies are delicious
with the applesauce dough, so don't worry at all about the taste
being reduced. It won't be.

granulated sugar in bowl until creamy. Add Egg Beaters and
vanilla. Beat well. Combine flour and baking soda. Add to butter
mixture, beating well. Stir in oats, cinnamon chips and raisins

cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool
1 minute. Remove from cookie sheet and place on wire rack to cool.
